Privacy Policy
We does not sell, rent or exchange names, mailing addresses, e-mail
addresses, phone numbers or other personal information about its on-line
visitors with third parties.
When you place an order through our on-line web site, we ask you to provide
information which enables us to fulfill your request. This information may
include your name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address or credit
card information (in the case of on-line orders). This information allows us
to fulfill your request and to contact you in the event we have questions
regarding your request or order. We do not know or collect your name or
e-mail address unless you provide it.
Security
All on-line transactions which require the exchange of credit card
information are initiated and completed in a secure environment for the
protection of our customers.
WARRANTY
BUNN-O-MATIC Corp. warrants the equipment manufactured by it to be
commercially free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the
time of manufacture and appearing within one year from the date of
installation. In addition:
1.) BUNN warrants electronic circuit and/or control to be commercially free
from defects in material and workmanship for three years from the date of
installation. 2.) BUNN warrants the compressor on refrigeration equipment to
be commercially free from defects in material and workmanship for two years
from the date of installation. 3.) BUNN warrants that the grinding burrs on
coffee grinding equipment will grind coffee to meet original factory screen
sieve analysis fro three years form date of installation or for 30,000
pounds of coffee.
This warranty does not apply to any equipment, component or part that was
not manufactured by BUNN or that, in BUNN’s judgment, has been affected by
misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation or operation, improper
maintenance or repair, damage or casualty.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY,
WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF EITHER MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. The agents, dealers or employees of BUNN are not authorized to make
modifications to this warranty or to make additional warranties that are
binding on BUNN. Accordingly, statements by such individuals, whether oral
or written, do not constitute warranties and should not be relied upon.
In no event shall BUNN be liable for any other damage or loss, including,
but not limited to, lost sales, loss of use of equipment, claims of Buyer’s
costumers, cost of capital, cost of substitute equipment, facilities, or
services, or any other special, incidental or consequential damages.
RETURNED GOODS POLICY:
BUNN:
All returns must be authorized in advance. In order for the merchandise to
be returned, it must be in the original carton. Customer is responsible for
shipping charges both shipping to you, and coming back to the warehouse on
returns unless the item is broken or has a defect. No returns will be
accepted without expressed written authorization or without a return
authorization (RA) number. Returned goods must be shipped to Bunn or
specified address by way of prepaid freight and will be credited less 20%
restocking charge and in some cases a handling charge . No returns will be
accepted after 30 days of original ship date. Please e-mail

authorization.
KRUPS:
All products are sold without return privileges. No return will be accepted
without prior written authorization by KRUPS. Authorized returns are subject
to inspection before acceptance and must be in original, undamaged cartons,
free of all price marks and must be shipped prepaid. No collect shipments or
unauthorized returns will be accepted. Authorized returns are subject to a
15% handling and refurbishing charge.
WARRANTY: KRUPS products carry a consumer warranty (see warranty cards
enclosed with product).

SHIPPING AND TAX: We charge 6% tax for
deliveries only within NJ.
Shipping and handling is calculated by a combination of the weight of your
order and the distance it is shipped. To know what the shipping charges will
be for your order, place the desired items in your shopping cart and go to
checkout.
We offer the following shipping methods and delivery times:
UPS Ground (5 Business Days)
UPS Next Day Air (Next Business Day)
UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days)
U.S.P.S. Priority Mail (5-7 Business Days)
We usually will fill your order the same day you order. If there is a wait
of more than 5 days, we will notify you by EMAIL.
We must charge extra for Hawaii and Alaska.
If orders we’re places on Saturday or Sunday they will only be processed the
following Monday.
If the shipping address is APO AP, PSC etc, We can't calculate
shipping charges [only handling fee], and the shipping charges will be added
later.
APO, FPO, PO BOXES: UPS does not ship to APO, FPO and P.O. Boxes. These
orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Some shipping’s may be delayed with KRUPS products.
ALL orders are shipped with a tracking number. By placing an order with us,
both parties (you and we) agree to use the shipping company's tracking
information as the final determinant in assessing whether or not a package
was delivered. If we ship a package, and the tracking information shows that
it did not arrive to you, it remains our responsibility to get a replacement
package to you. If the tracking information shows that it was delivered,
then it was delivered
If you inquire about your order, please include your order number. We cannot
be responsible for delivery or timing of Priority Mail orders since we have
no control or tracking from the Postal Service. We charge you the actual
price that you pay for shipping. Shipping charges are calculated for all
orders under 150 lbs and added automatically to orders. On orders over 150
lbs we will contact you with exact shipping charges or you may contact
store@usacoffeemaker.com
